FAQ

Quick answers about GravIT

Who provides IT support in Geelong?

GravIT is a Geelong owned and operated managed IT services provider based at 95 Mornington Street, North Geelong, supporting small and medium businesses across Geelong, the Bellarine, the Surf Coast and regional Victoria, with remote support Australia-wide. Phone 03 5280 8088.

What services does GravIT offer?

Managed IT support, cyber security, email protection, business internet, IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and Teams Phone, AI readiness and Copilot enablement, web hosting, website design, WordPress maintenance, domains, SSL and SEO, all from one local team.

How quickly does GravIT respond?

Remote help starts when you call. You get a tech, not a ticket. On a support agreement the target is set by how much has stopped: 30 minutes if everything is down, an hour if a business-critical function is affected, four hours for something narrower, one business day for a routine request. Those are business-hours targets for picking it up and starting, not promises about how long a repair takes. Nobody can promise that without knowing what broke. On-site follows whenever hardware or simply being in the room is the fastest way through. The full table is on the managed IT page.

What does IT support cost?

Managed support runs on fixed-price contracts with no hidden call-out fees, quoted to your size and setup; commodity items are priced openly (hosting from $22/month, SSL from $59.95/year). See our cost guide or call for a quote.

Do you only work with Geelong businesses?

On-site work covers Geelong and regional Victoria; remote support and hosting are Australia-wide. Most clients are local because same-day on-site response is the thing they value.

Where is my hosted data kept?

On GravIT-owned infrastructure in a Melbourne data centre, so your data stays in Australia.

How do I get support right now?

Call 03 5280 8088, or use Live Remote Assistance for screen-sharing help. Existing clients can also raise requests in the customer portal.
