Frequently asked questions
Is Claude safe for business data?
On Claude's business plans your conversations aren't used to train the model, and admin controls govern who in your team can use what. The same rule applies as with every AI tool, though: it's only as safe as what you connect it to, which is why access and permissions groundwork comes first, same as our Copilot work.
Copilot or Claude: which one do we need?
Honestly: they're different tools, not rivals, and plenty of businesses run both. Copilot lives inside Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams and shines at everyday drafting where your files already are. Claude is at its best on long documents, careful analysis, quality writing and specialist workflows. We'll tell you plainly which jobs in your business suit which, including "neither".
What is Claude actually good at?
Reading and reasoning over long documents (contracts, reports, tenders), drafting that needs to sound like a person wrote it, analysis you can interrogate, and software work. Project workspaces can hold your standing knowledge so it answers with your context, not generic advice.
Do we need technical staff to use it?
No. Claude itself is as easy as typing a question. The parts that want expertise (safe setup, connecting it to your systems, knowing what to trust) are exactly the parts we do, and the training is in plain English on your real work.
What does Claude consulting cost?
